This unusual looking bike has 21 gears, which seems to be setting a new standard again. Of course, the Anlen is also equipped with the popular oval BioPace chainrings and the Deore XT group was Shimano's top group when it came to mountain biking.
But what is more striking is the frame construction. Not only does the geometry indicate that this monster is not intended for the everyday errands. The seatstay crosses the seat tube and is a monostay type. The unicrown shape of the front fork is reflected at the rear.
The seat is high, the grip deep and the rider will therefore roll through nature quite aerodynamically. Clearly intended for racing…
