Raleigh Maverick | 465

Of the well-known major brands, Raleigh was one of the first to catch up with the emerging mountain bike trend. With careful steps initially: this Maverick has a traditional frame constructed with lugs and fork crown and an enormously long wheelbase. The focus was clearly not yet on agility. In the final assembly we see the first European-made ATB-specific parts from Sachs-Huret, Maillard and Weinmann.
