1.3. Contact and download forms
If you choose to use the contact form, download restricted content or register for events, your data will be stored in our Dynamicweb backend, collected in an email and sent to us via the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol ( SMTP).

The information in the email is automatically forwarded to our Dynamics 365 CRM system. From there, the data will be associated with any existing account with a similar email address or will be created as a new contact.

All data obtained through a website form is reviewed at least once a year, where inactive data – or data from inactive contacts – may be removed from our Dynamicweb backend database.

1.4. Email newsletter
If you choose to participate in our email newsletter, the email address you provide to us will be forwarded to TransIP, who provide us with email marketing services. We consider TransIP to be an external data processor. In addition to TransIP, your e-mail is also stored in our Dynamicweb backend database and in our Office 365 system.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email newsletter we send you or by requesting deletion via email. When requesting deletion via email, please send your email to us using the email account subscribed to the mailing list.

Your email address and email click history will remain in our own - and in the TransIP database as long as we continue to use TransIP's services for email marketing.

While your e-mail address remains within our own - and in the TransIP database, you will periodically (about three times a month) receive newsletter-like e-mails from us. Our newsletters keep you informed about the latest developments and upcoming events at mountainbikemuseum.nl.
